I had laser treatment for a white scar, but it got bigger. The clinic is making excuses I can't accept and telling me to wait more than 6 months. I was not verbally informed beforehand about this kind of side effect. And when I made the reservation, they took 10,000 won as a pre-consultation fee, but what consultation? They just looked at the scar, told me the price, and left. Is that a consultation? When I asked whether they would deduct the consultation fee if I got the procedure, they said they normally don't, but they would deduct itㅋㅋ Isn't it normal to deduct the consultation fee when you get the procedure? And during the consultation, every nursing assistant in the clinic came by and looked as if they were sightseeing. I seriously thought I was in a zoo;; The manager who answers the phone and the KakaoTalk manager are always so sharp for some reason, trying to get into a power struggle with customers. It was hopeless, so I got a refund for my remaining procedure vouchers.
