Late-30s breast consultation review

First of all Late 30s, 163 cm, 52 kg Upper body developed from exercising a lot Narrow chest Seeking a natural look Seeking comfort Wanting an underarm incision

I had been wanting this for over 10 years, thinking why I still hadn’t had surgery even in my late 30s and then suddenly I’d be in my 40s, but I had just kept it in my heart the whole time. In fact, not having breasts was also very comfortable, and after trying other cosmetic procedures, I felt stuck and unable to do anything either way. I even thought about pulling out the silicone in my nose because I hated feeling bothered and uncomfortable, so I’m very torn, but my 마음 has leaned toward doing it. I don’t know why. Maybe because I’m in a mentally unwell period? I thought that was only something I felt in my 20s, but I also wonder if women feel this way until the day they die... I’m not necessarily wanting something dramatically obvious, and I don’t especially have a specific breast shape I want, so that makes it even harder to decide, and I still feel that way. I’m also worried it might attract more flies, so to speak. But maybe because I’ve worked out, my body has become a bit more masculine, and if I turn 40 I should pay attention to my health, but I also want to feel more feminine as a woman, so after worrying and worrying I’ve been visiting clinics, and I’ll write this in hopes that it helps other late-30s people like me who don’t have much information!

ㄱㄹ It really feels like people all think the same way. The manager here is exceptionally good at consultations, really really proud of the clinic, and the results are truly truly beautiful. What I’m a little disappointed about is actually the incision wound area, but if that part works out, they seem to create a very feminine line, extending it downward. It’s a private clinic, and I didn’t ask about the cost, but it seemed very systematically managed, and they seem to value each patient very much. The manager also considers your image and looks at implant size and your overall body type a lot, and the surgeon is also extremely conservative, which I honestly prefer. However, since I want an underarm incision... they’re also famous for revision surgery for people who want a feminine line with a lower incision. Recommended! The surgeon is a bit blunt, but not in a bad way. The manager, on the other hand, told me that surgery would be uncomfortable and that I should think carefully about it, and I was surprised that they even quickly picked up on my cosmetic concerns. Aside from that, they explained everything carefully, including how the process would go and the aftercare, so many people come back happily for follow-up, and I recommend them to people like me who care about those details. No virtual simulation. Recommended Motiva, under-breast incision, up to 295 cc.

ㄷㅇㅇ This feels like one of the biggest of the big... When I first went, I was really startled because I thought the chair was a study-cafe chair. To sum it up simply: I had a dual consultation. Surgeon ㅂ gave me a pretty standard consultation focused on what I wanted. Then I met surgeon ㄱㅎㄱ, a breast specialist, and his body analysis was amazing. He scanned my upper arm thickness and overall body type with a truly hawk-like eye and recommended a completely different full-type option. Since I was only pursuing naturalness, I was like, huh? at first, but aesthetically it seemed like it would be much prettier. Even in photos, the size they recommended looked much prettier. They said, don’t try to cover the flaws, bring out the strengths~ and explained that if it were done in a way that emphasized the midline, the upper body could look even flatter and wider, making it seem larger, so they suggested adding volume toward the front while bringing out a more feminine side line. Their aesthetic sense really seemed exceptional, so I was a little surprised. If it matches the patient’s needs well, I think it would be really good, so I think it would be great for friends who have a specific idea of the breast feel they want to go there. They seem to look at the overall line a lot, and I think they had the best sense of aesthetics. But the really disappointing thing is that there are just so, so, so many people. They do have a follow-up team and everything, but somehow, for moms like me, the vibe is hard to get used to. People say the staff are notoriously unfriendly, but maybe it’s not that they’re unfriendly, just that there are so many people, because everyone’s expressions were... Still, I do understand, there really were just way too many people. On the other hand, it makes sense because the prices are so reasonable that people in their 20s would like it. It’s a large hospital, but it’s old and systematic, and I really really really liked that surgeon, but I wish they had their own private clinic.......^^^^^^^ Recommended Motiva, full, underarm incision 315, 295. Surgeon ㅂ recommended Motiva, underarm incision, demi, 265, 285.

ㄷㅅㅎ Surgeon ㅇㅈㅈ is extremely, extremely famous. What I felt while consulting with famous doctors was that their eye for detail is no joke. Because most doctors tailor things to the patient’s needs, but famous doctors also have their own unique aesthetic line, and surgeon ㅇ also seemed to make the line very natural, which I honestly liked. And they recommended a very conservative size, and when they immediately pointed out an asymmetry in my face that only I know about, I thought, ah, if I do it with this surgeon, I won’t have to worry about asymmetry. But of course asymmetry can’t be completely absent, and to some extent it’s actually better because it looks less artificial. What matters is the overall balance, and that matched well with me, so I liked it. Aftercare isn’t unlimited or anything like that, but the price range is reasonable, you can keep doing breast checkups, and they also do revision surgery, so overall it was all quite decent, which I liked. No virtual simulation. Surgeon ㅇ recommended Motiva 265, 245.

ㅇㅇㅇ Surgeon ㅅㅈㅎ gave a very standard consultation and said up to 300 cc is possible. Since it was my first consultation and I wasn’t used to it, I wanted a smaller cc, but they explained things really really well. Because it was my first consultation, they explained the surgical method and related things well, and since it’s such a famous clinic, it’s very systematic, and at the end of the consultation they gave me everything needed for aftercare and even a book, but I was so nervous at my first consultation that I can’t remember it well.. Still, it’s a truly systematic and famous clinic, and the price is different from the head surgeon, but if I were to go there, I’d want to be treated by the head surgeon... I have this strange body type where pectus carinatum and pectus excavatum coexist, and the head surgeon has so much experience and a long career that their hands really seem like they’d do a great job with surgery... It seems like aftercare would be good, but based on the feeling alone I couldn’t quite connect with it, so I passed.. No virtual simulation. Surgeon ㄱㄱㄱ is famous without needing any introduction and recommended a book... Back, Neck 2... and advised me to make sure to maintain good spinal neutrality after surgery..

ㅇㅇ Surgeon ㄱㅇㅈ is very famous and said they perform surgery using a new triple-plane method. The incision is also extremely small, and they’re proud that they’re really good at underarm surgery. They also have an enormous range of implant sizes, so you can see them all with sample models. It’s quiet, and they can measure breast tissue thickness with ultrasound. They said everyone else had thick skin, but mine is thin here. They also recommended a full type. They’ve done over 10,000 underarm surgeries, so they seem to have a lot of experience. Aftercare seems good, with one year of follow-up and scar care as well.

ㅇㅂㅇㅇ They explained the surgical method and related things the most of all the places I visited. They were very calm and gentle, and everything was good, but because they do so many revision surgeries, they didn’t recommend the full type and recommended the same size as the other places.. Maybe that’s the limit of my breasts....... For some reason, hearing the explanation of the surgery method made the level of trust go up.. But the surgery cost was the highest.. Now do I need to take notes as I go? I’m starting to get more and more confused.. Because I couldn’t clearly set the direction of the breast shape I want, Honestly, they all seem pretty similar, and now I don’t even want to go to a large hospital.... Natural but safe But since I want a small implant, it seems like it would be natural anywhere, so I’m really torn. The fact that the hospital cost differs by 300 is also making me hesitate...

Right now I have ㄴㅅㅌ and one more place, ㄷㅌ, left. Is there any other private clinic you’d recommend?>> I wrote this without much order, but if you’re curious about anything, leave a comment..
