I heard they use liquid hyaluronidase (Purirex) here, so I went to dissolve the 1 cc of filler I had injected in my lateral cheek.. I had side effects from the lateral cheek filler (vascular occlusion, resulting ear fullness, pulsatile tinnitus), so I got scared and dissolved it after just 2 weeks. For now, fortunately, the hard, hardened filler dissolved when I looked with my mouth open and when I touched it. Since I dissolved it just as inflammation was starting too, I think it was good that I dissolved it quickly... Now I’ll have to gradually see whether the vascular compression around my ear has disappeared.. Thanks to the doctor carefully inserting the dissolving injection more than twenty times, I have a lot of injection marks and slight bruising. Still, it’s not horribly unsightly. When I said I’m prone to swelling, they also gave me Dexa and prescribed Solondo tablets.
