The director was honest and gave realistic advice, so I decided not to have the surgery, but they weren't particularly friendly and looked a bit tired. The consultation order was director, then manager, and I don't understand why the manager kept explaining things while using informal speech? That made me even more uncomfortable and not want to do it. They kept deliberately speaking casually, so I looked straight at them; I think the manager really needs to fix their attitude. If that's a habit, then as a working person they don't seem to have the basic attitude, honestly.
