I’m leaving a review because I thought it might help others if I share mine too! Before surgery, my nasal bridge was very low and my nose was short, so it looked a bit like an upturned nose. Also, the philtrum area protruded a little, kind of like a protruding mouth? So whenever I went around for consultations at clinics, they said that rather than the nose itself, because of my philtrum, the columellar angle? Ideally it should be 90 degrees, but since my philtrum protruded, it was important to lengthen the columella and bring the nasal tip length forward. Anyway, I’m very satisfied with the surgery. I didn’t want it to look too slim and sharp, so I asked them to leave the nasal tip itself rounded. Maybe that’s why I hear a lot that it looks more natural. So far, I haven’t had any major side effects and I’m doing well, except for some pulling in the columella area?
