Wow.... honestly, here I was first blown away by the consultation with the manager, then blown away again by the consultation with the director, and then blown away again by the final consultation with the manager.... I really liked the consultations with both the manager and the director here so much that it kept making me think about it First, both transaxillary and inframammary incisions were possible, the full C to D cup size I wanted was possible, and the implant I wanted was also possible. They said there is a bit of a difference in the inframammary fold length, but it can be adjusted sufficiently, and that my pectus excavatum is not severe. And they recommended accessory breast removal! I had already gone thinking I would do it together though haha Anyway, it was truly a consultation with nothing to criticize!
