It was my first surgery when I was twenty, but I was 100% satisfied, enough that the large cost didn’t feel like a waste.. Even now, 10 years later, many people don’t know I had my nose done, but I can feel my columella gradually curling inward. Looks like I may need revision surgery. Still, it held up so beautifully for 10 years. I still get a lot of compliments saying it’s pretty. I also feel like the columella curling might just be in my head. Review ends here
