I had a consultation for revision eye surgery. I have multiple eyelid creases, so I asked whether I would need fat repositioning or fat grafting, but the director I consulted with said they do not prefer doing that from the beginning, and that they would monitor the progress and do it if multiple creases keep forming or if needed. They also did not prefer posterior and lower canthoplasty, and that was how it went.
