First of all, the director was very kind and there was no overtreatment, which was nice. Since it was my first surgery, I was recommended the buried suture method, and because I already had an outline crease, I was told an in-out line would not be possible and that the line would come out unattractive, so the surgery definitely had to be done as an out line following the existing crease. I also asked about rhinoplasty, and they said my nose is pretty now so I should not touch it, and did not recommend it, which somehow made me trust them more. I think they aim for natural-looking surgery that does not look obviously cosmetic. There were many patients and a very long wait, but I had a good consultation without it feeling chaotic.
