The hospital itself had a quiet atmosphere, which was nice. The counseling manager was also fairly kind. The director seemed blunt, but answered my questions well, so I think it wasn't bad. However, the price was also a bit on the high side, so after thinking it over, I couldn't go through with the surgery.
