It’s a place where the director consults with you directly. After the director finishes the consultation, the consultant just wraps up with the cost discussion. They look at the CT and check what areas have issues, and they also explain the cosmetic aspects in quite a lot of detail. If you ask questions, they tell you right away what is possible and what isn’t, and they’ll only point out the parts that are realistically doable. If you have functional problems with your nose and want to do cosmetic rhinoplasty together, I think it’s worth going once. By my standards, the hospital facilities and the kindness of the consultant and staff didn’t look that great.
