It's already been about a year since I had arm liposuction. I had 360-degree arms, armpits, accessory breasts, and collarbone done, and my BMI was normal. Their BMI standards are generous, so I think people who are slightly overweight would also come out as normal weight. Overall I'm satisfied, but the collarbone had no effect at all, maybe because I originally didn't have much fat around the collarbone area. And it seems like they aren't very good at removing fat from the back of the arms It did get a lot thinner, but I think it's better not to expect bone-thin arms.
