(They do not revert to a downturned mouth.) - I was worried about a protruding mouth, but once the upper-lip volume matched the nasolabial angle, it was resolved - The lip peak (the plump part in the center of the upper lip) has remained intact for 2 years since surgery without fail.
★ Therefore, the supporting strength of the muscles that lift downturned mouth corners gradually becomes similar to the supporting strength of the muscles that pull them down, according to the physiology of human tissue over time, so I learned that if you want to keep a smiling mouth, touch-up treatment through AS is necessary. (The doctor also said the clinical results were the same.)
On the other hand, I am really satisfied because the permanent improvement in the length of a small mouth / the youthful effect from the Cupid's line is permanent, and I especially recommend it if you need to widen or reduce the philtrum. After objectively observing your mouth shape over a long period, I think you can decide whether to go with a minor cosmetic procedure or lip corner surgery. For me, it was a surgery I was extremely satisfied with, comparable to contouring surgery.
