The doctor was kind and explained things well, so that was good This was the first clinic where I had to wipe off the anesthetic cream myself. This wasso uncomfortable. Also, they wiped off the Shurink gel carelessly, so after it was over, my face was covered in gel and I had a hard time wiping it off.
