I’ve always had a lot of body hair since I was born
Because I kept removing hair from my arms and legs during middle and high school (with an epilator), the hair gradually got thicker, so before getting laser hair removal, the hair on my calves grew almost like men’s leg hair, and my armpits grew like some kind of jungle. Removing it with an epilator every time was annoying, so I kept putting it off and putting it off, then started getting laser hair removal last winter
The clinic I currently go to does have downsides (factory-style / the doctor in charge changes every time / the wait is fairly long), but it is still on the cheaper side, and I haven’t had any major inconvenience with the treatments so far, so I’m just continuing to go
I’ve had 10 sessions on my armpits so far, and about 6 sessions on my calves
First, for the armpits, until around the 4th or 5th session, it didn’t disappear as dramatically as I expected, so I was a bit unsure, but once I passed about the 8th session, the hair really almost stopped growing. Now that I’m at the 10th session, only a few strands of thin hair like vellus hair grow, but I want to eliminate it completely, so I’m planning to get at least up to 15 sessions
For the calves, my leg hair was extremely thick, so honestly I got it without high expectations, but after just 3-4 sessions, those thick hairs started coming out thinner, and there was definitely a pretty big difference between before and after, so I’m totally satisfied. Now after 6 sessions, the hairs are definitely much thinner than before (if I grab them with my hand, the hairs all come out). I think I’ll probably need more than about 15 sessions for the hair to be completely eliminated, but even now with only 6 sessions, I’m satisfied
I had put it off for a while because I was worried about getting folliculitis and ingrown hairs after laser hair removal, but I delayed it for no reason
And since I got it with GentleMax Pro, honestly it barely hurt. Just around when it started to sting a little, they shot out that cold air or whatever, so seriously I could barely feel it
