I had it done with the non-incisional buried suture method, and even up to 2 years it looked really firm, so I thought there was no way it would come undone.. But it eventually came undone so I recently had revision surgery. I told them to revise the parts I was unsatisfied with from the first surgery, but honestly, I’m not sure if it improved... And because I emphasized making it too natural, even though it hasn’t been long, it has already come down a lot. I recommend setting the line somewhat higher..
