I had suffered from nasal obstruction and gone to several ENT clinics and more than a few university hospitals, but what came back was only that they acknowledged the deviated septum, but that it would not cause nasal obstruction, and then he went back into the operating room. During surgery, he would frequently rush out and touch his phone while still wearing surgical gloves, and before I had even finished speaking, he rushed back into the operating room. Even just seeing their ad hanging on the basement first floor of Lotte Department Store makes me feel disgusted and like vomiting. If someone has done wrong, acknowledging it and apologizing is basic human decency, and if a doctor has abandoned even that, they cannot be called a doctor. That is what I think.
