This is a review of High 3D cheekbone reduction surgery and double-chin liposuction at 1 Percent Plastic Surgery Clinic. My cheekbones were quite developed, and it was also my first time under general anesthesia. The anesthesia took effect in about 3 seconds, so when I opened my eyes, the surgery was over. I had heard that it hurts once the anesthesia wears off on the day of surgery, but it was tolerable after taking Tylenol. After surgery, the swelling kept increasing until day 3, when it was at its peak, and from around week 1 it gradually went down. Starting from week 1, I went to work and said I was swollen because I had my wisdom teeth removed, and everyone seemed to see it that way. From the 1-month mark, it was so unnoticeable that no one could tell I had surgery at all, and the surgical scars inside my mouth had all disappeared. I am now at 2 months, and it still hurts when I press on my cheekbones. The swelling has moved down toward my cheeks, so I think walking and dieting together would help the swelling go down faster. The director was Dr. Kim Kyung-hoe, and I am curious how my face will continue to change.
