I visited because I heard that a lot of people with seriously severe submental fat go there. I think the advantage is that you can hear the explanation while looking at the ultrasound, and it also seems good that they explain separately whether you need fat removal down to the deep fat layer or just a simpler removal. I have more fat than the average person, so I got ultrasound liposuction with LSSA for my bullfrog neck and face area! The areas done with ultrasound definitely seem to have the swelling go down faster, and my chin looked like a lot had been removed on the day of surgery, then it started swelling from the next day -> I took a ton of Elas A and swelling tea and went for walks, so it went down a lot lol. Scar care is also handled by the clinic, so that seems even better. I think it’ll be much more settled after about 1-2 weeks. I had the consultation before the clinic moved and had surgery after they relocated, and the newly built building is sooo nice lol
