The consultation and the staff’s friendliness were just so-so, but the director was honestly the worst. During the consultation, I thought that even if I said something, I’d need to speak directly to the person doing the procedure while looking at my face, so right before the procedure I drew the area I wanted in a picture and told them clearly that I wanted it done only within that range. I also said I had gotten Ellansé for my nasolabial folds, and the director himself even pointed out that the filler could be seen when I was lying down. I obviously drew around the areas with filler, but the director ignored the range I drew and injected however he wanted. Then Liftera went over the area where I’d had Ellansé, it swelled up like I’d been stung by a bee, my lip line protruded and sagged like a monkey’s, and I called the clinic to ask for the pre-procedure photos and explain the situation. They said they’d contact me, but they didn’t, so before clinic hours ended the next day I called again and was told the director had already left work. They said they’d call the next morning, but when I woke up the swelling was worse, so I went in right away and showed my face directly...
