I had revision rhinoplasty on July 5.
The nasal tip was raised with autologous costal cartilage and the nasal bridge with MegaDerm.
There was severe blood pooling in the nasal bridge, and the pooled blood in that bridge area burst out from inside my left nostril.
So after only 10 days, they reopened it, sutured inside the nose, and irrigated it.
After that, I was recovering without much issue, but the stitches at the incision site on the left side of my nose burst, so they sutured it again.
It has been a week since the re-suturing, and when I dab the upper inside of my nose with a cotton swab, a little bit of blood? and discharge? comes out on it.
The tip of my nose has a little reduced sensation, just very slightly? There is nothing wrong with the shape of my nose, but the sensation I feel is like there is subtle swelling.
There is no pain when I press it, just a slightly uncomfortable feeling, and the tip of my nose feels a bit heavy. Until yesterday it was fine, but today suddenly the nasal
bridge also feels a bit tight. Could this possibly be inflammation?
