My face is long and my forehead is recessed, and as I lost weight rapidly, my face also lost its vitality and looked unattractive, so I had fat grafting done. My forehead had already lost volume in less than a week, but my face overall seems to have a bit more life to it. Has it been about four years since then? The doctor was the kind who did things very naturally, so even back then there was no dramatic effect, but now that I've gained weight compared to then, even though my face doesn't gain much fat, it seems like the fat grafted there is coming up. I'm an office worker, so I didn't want anything excessive, and it really wasn't excessive, so even though my face has filled out and has more presence compared to before, there was no change in my image at all. For any surgery, I choose a doctor who feels human, and they took good care of me with a tsundere-like attitude.
