The director was sooo focused on natural-looking results that I felt there wouldn’t really be much difference. He seemed to have a negative view of osteotomy. During the surgery, you can choose by yourself while they put in and take out four or five silicone pieces. The manager is very blunt, and discounting is absolutely impossible.
