I actually went there for alar reduction, but they told me that the area under the nose? wasn’t actually that wide, and my nostrils were very large and flared, so if I did it, it would look weird, like I’d used clothespins.
My nostrils being uneven was also really stressful, and especially how much they showed was stressing me out, so I had the bridge of my nose lifted slightly, my nostrils corrected, and I also had a very slight dorsal hump that I wanted smoothed out, so that’s what I had done.
But honestly, when they first showed me the mirror right after surgery, all I could think was, “Huh? What did they even do? I feel like I wasted my money...” ...
As the swelling went down, my nose looked longer and all that, so I was like, “Ah, I really messed up.” Especially because the uneven nostrils were what stressed me out most, I had revision surgery to bring the columella down again and match them as much as possible. They’re still uneven, but compared with how they were at first ㅠㅜㅜ they’re so much better, and now no one can tell I had surgery unless I say so.
I had autologous cartilage placed in the tip of my nose. But I’m still so bothered by one side of the nostril that I want to bring it down more, but I can’t because there isn’t enough skin and I’m afraid the bone would show .. Right now it’s probably already lowered as much as possible .......^^.... And because I lowered the nostrils so they wouldn’t show as much, my nose does feel a little longer ...
The manager and the surgeon were both so kind, and the other staff members were really kind too ♥︎ I want to upload photos, but my phone suddenly broke recently and everything got lost, so ... that’s a shame.
