Among the clinics I visited, the consultation here was the longest and most detailed. However, I was told that for my nose, which has a limit in terms of height, they could raise it about 2 mm more by doing osteotomy, so I got the feeling they somewhat preferred a more glamorous nose. For the rest of the consultation, they actually placed implants against me and explained things the most specifically, so aside from the feeling that the consultant was advertising the director and pushing certain requests, the consultation itself was okay.
