When they were designing the line, there was no sincerity at all.. Rather than saying what would be good or what would suit me, it just felt like they were busy and looked at it mechanically. And the consultation manager was seriously rude. I didn't understand well, so I asked several follow-up questions, but they got annoyed, raised their voice, asked if I was doing it on purpose, and used half-formal speech with me. The worrrrrrrrst among all the places I've had consultations
