It’s been a little over a month since my surgery!! I went in for my one-month follow-up too, and I got a good look at how well the bone was shaved, the cheekbone fixation, and how the surgery turned out overall. Thankfully, they said the surgery went well, so as long as the swelling goes down well and I take good care of myself, there shouldn’t be any major issues. Maybe because I also had liposuction done, the swelling is lasting a bit longer than I expected, but still, my face has gotten a bit slimmer compared to the beginning~
The most noticeable change is my square jaw. Before, the angularness was really severe, you know? Now I can’t see any angles at all, and my jawline itself has become much softer, so I’m most satisfied with this part. I used to feel so burdened when photos were taken of my side profile, but now I think I wouldn’t mind even if my side profile is photographed.
My face shape also no longer looks bumpy and has become a softer U-shape, so I’m satisfied with this part too! Now I think I just need all the swelling to go down
