Before <before surgery> Before <3-4 weeks after surgery> After <3 months after surgery> It's been 3 months since I had abdominal liposuction. The before-and-after photos show a huge difference, so I wanted to leave a review!! :)
For 3 months, I didn't even touch alcohol, and I tried to focus only on recovery. After about 1 month, things started to ease up a bit hahaha Now I have almost no discomfort, and a lot of the firmness has softened too!! Until 2 months, there was still a lot of firmness, so I was worried, but the clinic said it was normal and that if I received aftercare every week, it would improve a lot haha The deep internal firmness is really almost all gone, and I have almost no pain either! I guess time really is the best medicine!! My abdominal size is steadily getting smaller, and since I've also been dieting with meal control, they said I've lost a lot of visceral fat too! Seeing my weight go down has been pretty fun too, and from around 3 months, when I wear clothes, it's noticeable that my torso has gotten smaller, so people I know often tell me I've lost weight~ Even thinking about it again, I think it was a choice I don't regret! I still haven't reached my goal weight, but moving around feels lighter now, so I'm going to try dieting while also doing some light exercise haha
