I went for a Ruby laser consultation, but they refused, saying it wouldn’t be effective. They told me about other procedures my face might need and said I could go to another hospital for them. No consultation fee.. They didn’t take any money. Since I couldn’t enter it, I entered an arbitrary amount. They’re honest.
There were many front-desk staff members who looked like kind older ladies(?), so I felt at ease.
