Before before after after after after It’s already been half a year since I had revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage + nostril reduction haha Time really is medicine after surgery; now that a lot of time has passed, it feels like all the residual swelling is gone too! After my first rhinoplasty, as time passed, my nasal tip started drooping and my nose shape wasn’t pretty. Just looking at the nasal tip stressed me out because it was so blunt, and from the side it looked droopy, so it was a real complex for me I also hated that my nostrils spread out to the sides and made my nose look big.. I was worried something too natural wouldn’t be noticeable, so while looking for a hospital that does a refined-yet-natural line well, I got revision surgery at DI.
The place where I had my first rhinoplasty was a large hospital, but there were too many people and it didn’t feel like they cared about the patients, so for the revision surgery I looked up information mainly on private clinics and went for consultations, and among them this place had the most thorough consultation! I think I only had the consultation for about an hour? The director was quite honest and clearly pointed out what could and couldn’t be done.
Since I was getting revision surgery because of nasal tip drooping, I wanted to use autologous costal cartilage but was worried about the scar. They also provided separate scar laser care, so now it has faded a lot and is at a level where it doesn’t show. If there’s anyone like me looking into revision rhinoplasty or searching mainly among private clinics for a place with good skills, I hope you try going here too haha I’ll upload photos together for reference!
