I got it done when Hongdae ㅁㅇㄷㅇ was running a cheap event. For the 1st session, I got 10 ml, 1 vial. After anesthesia, they injected it, then massaged it around and said it was done. It's been 2 weeks since I got it, but I don't know about the effect. I got it for a peanut-shaped face (sunken side cheeks) and front cheeks, but the effect is... I don't see any at all. There's none of the skin-improving effect like in online reviews either... However, maybe they pricked the muscle wrong during the injection, because my left jaw hurts when I open my mouth, so it hurts when I eat. Looking at other people's reviews, they said this happens occasionally too. They said it only happened during the 1st session and didn't hurt during the 2nd-3rd sessions, and that it's random. They say it starts showing little by little from the 2nd session, so I'll get the 2nd session and post a review.
- Review after getting it in October and getting the 4th session in April 2021 At first there was no change at all, so I thought I had wasted my money, but from the 3rd session, it started filling in and the hollowness began to decrease a bit. Before getting it, I had hollowness from a Shurink side effect, so people asked if I had bruises on my side cheeks. Now, after the 4th session, it has almost filled in, and there isn't much except a slightly sunken feeling. They say it lasts about a year, so if the effect wears off, I'm willing to get it again!
(After I went in after under-eye fat repositioning surgery, they were happy and said my under-eyes had filled in a lot, but when I said, "Ah... I had surgery for this," they were really disappointed. For reference, this place doesn't show you the bottle of what you're getting injected with. They said they put in one vial, but there's no way to know if it was really one vial, and they bring in a syringe with the medication already drawn up, so you can't know what it is, and then do the procedure.)
