First of all, I was surprised because the manager in charge was so kind. Overall, all the staff were kind. The waiting time wasn’t long either, which was really nice. I had consultations at three places in total, and the director at Epic had the longest consultation time and gave sufficient explanations. They seemed to place a lot of emphasis on safety, which I liked. However, the line was a bit different from what I had in mind, so I’m debating.
