First, the criteria I considered when looking for a place for facial liposuction were 1. Would I be able to keep my parents from noticing? 2. Is it safe? 3. Cost and things like that. No. 1 was pretty important to me, and the place I chose was somewhere where, if I stayed somewhere else for about 1-2 days and then saw them, it would not be noticeable at all. Based on my own experience, the swelling was definitely less than people who had it done elsewhere, and I liked that the aftercare here was quite systematic. Maybe because it is a hospital specializing in liposuction, the doctor clearly told me what was and was not unreasonable, which I liked. I had about 50 cc removed, and it does show somewhat. Still, I definitely recommend doing it together with dieting. I did not have things like sunken cheeks, and the hardening phenomenon appeared only temporarily; now it is not happening at all. I heard liposuction has many side effects, but I am quite satisfied without any side effects.
