I prefer a high and slightly upturned nose, but
even when the nose is raised a lot, there are cases where the nostrils stretch long like a pig nose or an electrical outlet (No. 1), and cases where that doesn’t happen (No. 2).
What’s the difference between the two?
Is it an issue with one’s own nasal structure? Or is it a difference in the surgical method?
My guess is that No. 1 is when only the cartilage is tied long and lifted, while No. 2 is when the cartilage is tied moderately and height is added to the nasal tip with ear cartilage, etc. Is that right?
I don’t want my nostrils to become long, so I’m planning to ask about the surgical method and filter them out
