After my first rhinoplasty, as time passed my nasal tip started drooping and the shape of my nose wasn’t pretty. Just looking at the nasal tip stressed me out because it was so blunt, and from the side it looked droopy, so it was a real complex for me My nostrils/alar base also spread out to the sides, making my nose look big, which I hated too.. I was worried that if it was too natural it wouldn’t show, so I looked for a hospital that was good at making the line as naturally glamorous as possible, and got revision surgery at DI.
The place where I had my first rhinoplasty was a large hospital, but there were too many people and it didn’t feel like they paid attention to each patient. For revision surgery, I searched for information mainly on private clinics as much as possible and went for consultations, and among them this place had the most thorough consultation! I think I had the consultation for about an hour? The director was on the honest side and clearly told me what could and couldn’t be done.
Because I was having revision surgery for nasal tip drooping, I wanted to use autologous costal cartilage, but I was worried about the scar. They also separately provided scar laser care, so now it has faded a lot and is at a level where it doesn’t show.
