Before-before-before-after-after At first, nose surgery scared me too, and I thought fillers would be fine, so I got filler, but as the filler spread, my impression changed to look like an Avatar, so I got nose surgery. After nose surgery, I really hated the idea of my image looking too strong or looking like someone who had obvious cosmetic surgery, so I had my nasal bridge and nasal tip done as naturally as possible. For the implant, ear cartilage was used, and when I touch it, there’s absolutely no hump left. Even from the front, my nostrils don’t look lifted, and there’s no crookedness at all, so I’m extremely satisfied... I do think I should have gotten nose surgery earlier instead of getting filler, but I think I chose the hospital well. People around me also tell me it doesn’t look like a surgically done nose and that I look like someone who originally had a pretty nose, and every time I hear that, I’m so happy... Because of the hump, I used to edit my nose every day, but now it has become the prettiest part of my face. I can survive with the basic camera now lol I thought about it a lot before getting the surgery, and I’m happy it turned out well
