I had my lower body, upper body, and face done at three different hospitals. My lower body was done last September, my face in January this year, and my upper body was split between March and April. In terms of satisfaction, it goes abdomen >>>> arms = lower body > face. For my lower body, I went to a hospital that was relatively affordable and had decent reviews. They said that because my pelvis is on the narrow side, getting a thigh gap would be difficult, and hmm, I really barely have a thigh gap..ㅋㅋㅋ There is only a slight gap when I stick my butt out backward. It definitely became slimmer than before. Personally, I think the swelling lasted the longest in my lower body. People who noticed and people who didn't were about half and half. Pain I'm someone who really doesn't feel much pain from cosmetic procedures, but I got scared because so many reviews said it hurt a lot. Aside from my legs feeling heavy because of the swelling, it really didn't hurt that much. They said the doctor was known for making bone-thin thighs, but I didn't get bone-thin thighs. I went from being on the chubby side to having average legs, so of course that makes sense. They removed about 3,800 cc in total. Aftercare was two radiofrequency sessions and fat-dissolving injections, but I didn't get the fat-dissolving injections.
For my face, I did it at a hospital where a friend around me had seen results. The director had a very confident style, so I had expectations, but hmm, it's just so-so. If I make a double chin, I can still make a double chin. I just think it's because my fat is thick. It's better than before, but it wasn't dramatically different. My parents were like, uh... did it slim down a little..? and after that, like, maybe it did slim down~! That 정도. I don't think I saw a big effect because I wasn't the type with a huge amount of facial fat. After the first day, the swelling was at a level where I could go about daily life. If I could go back, I think I would look into more hospitals before doing it. I don't clearly remember the amount aspirated from my face.
For my upper body, I split the front and back panels with a one-month interval. It was a place very famous for upper-body liposuction and also close to my home, so I decided on it. The director also had a confident style. They said I would see a strong effect because my body type already has an indented waist. When I had swelling, I wasn't sure whether there was an effect, so I looked at the photos taken before surgery at the hospital, and it had definitely slimmed down a lot..;; awkward;;ㅋㅋ A month later, I also had my back done, so the swelling doubled! The front panel swelled up again, so I waited for the swelling to go down from square one. They removed 4,500 from the front panel and 2,000 from the back. When doing my back, my iron level was borderline, so they said they gave me an iron injection during surgery. Thanks thanks. The effect is definitely good. As I said earlier, I have no pelvis, but hmm, it had just been buried under fat. It's not a wide pelvis, but for the first time in 25 years, I became aware that my pelvis exists. Aftercare includes multiple sessions of radiofrequency and low-frequency treatment, and they say scar care is unlimited, but I don't really care about scars, so I'm not bothering with it. My shoulders also became square, so when taking selfies I can pretend to look delicate. The most amazing thing is that even after eating, my stomach doesn't stick out like a crazy Namsan mountain the way it used to. Still, I'm not on the slim side, so I'm dieting alongside it.
Altogether, I spent a little under ten million won. If I were told to do it again, I think I could. I've never been slim since I was young, so I'm extremely satisfied.
