After going around for consultations, it is definitely good!! I checked in detail things like whether I have a bulbous nose and how severe the hump is. I do have a hump, but it is not severe, so they said osteotomy is not necessary, and that my nostril wings are rather wide. So they said it would be good to do nose surgery together with alar reduction. The director checked everything carefully and made a surgery plan, and I liked that the whole consultation felt professional! The director did not push surgery excessively, and it felt like they recommended only the procedures I really needed!
