Before <before revision surgery> After <1 month after revision surgery> After <1 month after revision surgery> The before-surgery look was after I’d already had a nose job too..? haha My bulbous nose hadn’t improved even 1%.., The tip of my nose was spread out and my nostril wings were wide, so it bothered me so much that I focused on that when going around for surgical consultations. First of all, I really hate a pinched-looking nose, so I asked them to make sure it wouldn’t look pinched even from the front. I felt that a curved line like a semi-ski-slope nose wouldn’t suit my face, so I requested a line as close to straight as possible. I wanted it to look naturally glamorous, but during consultations I heard a lot that bulbous noses need to be lifted as glamorously as possible, so I was really worried it might end up too flashy. But when I saw that the line came out exactly naturally glamorous and pretty, I honestly felt so relieved. Thank goodness haha Improving my bulbous nose was my top priority, and I said I wanted my nostrils not to show while also having a slight columella, and I think that was reflected really well. I like it more than my first surgery^^ Now I completely understand why people say revision rhinoplasty should be done at places many people go to specifically for it, and why they say not to put it off as much as possible lol The width of my nose has narrowed appropriately and I have a bridge now too, so every single day really feels worth living, seriously... It really was possible to change from a nose where all my nostrils showed into a naturally glamorous nose... I’m just grateful to my nose doctor.
