Lower Canthoplasty + Lateral Canthoplasty, 1 Month + Half a Month

It’s already been about 1 month + half a month since I had the before-and-after surgery! Now, the pain I used to feel even when the surgical area was just lightly brushed has gone away, and the red area that made me wonder, “Was the white part near the outer corner of my eye opened too much?” has healed and returned to a color like my original eye color! People I told about the surgery say every time they see me that my eyes got much bigger and that it turned out well, and some people who don’t know just vaguely think I’ve become prettier, so I’m satisfied because I think it turned out naturally well! Even up until the 1-month mark, when I drew my eyeliner tail downward, the flesh felt blunt and it didn’t draw well (with a pencil), but now that feeling is gone, so my makeup goes on smoothly too!!

There isn’t really any inconvenience in daily life, but I’m just hoping the scar on the aegyo-sal area under my right eye heals quicklyㅠㅠ You can’t tell from far away, but when I look up close, it really bothers me, I guess..?

The part where my vision had become cloudy was also explained by the director while drawing a diagram, and he said it was dry eye syndrome and would improve over time, and it is gradually getting better.

Also, a large milium formed at the end of one eye, and the director said we should watch it until 6 months, so I’m waiting for time to pass.

He also said it’s better to avoid eyelash perms until the 2-month mark, so I’m so excited thinking I’ll wait just half a month more and then get a perm haha

I’m so glad I did it before summer came, and I think hesitating over whether to do it or not is just a waste of time! If you’re going to do it anyway, I recommend going somewhere that opens the eyes up clearly.
