I started orthodontic treatment at a dental clinic in 2021. My front teeth were spaced and crooked, and my dental alignment didn’t fit properly, so my jaw muscles were not in good condition. During orthodontic treatment, I had to deal with discomfort for a long time, but I didn’t put it off and got it done. It took about 3 years, and during treatment I couldn’t really eat hard or tough foods, and it hurt and was painful, but now I only need to wear a retainer, so I’m very happy. To keep my now-straight teeth maintained, I’m going to wear my retainer well and take good care of them. Since my teeth are even, I’m so happy that I can smile comfortably when taking photos.
