Helloo. My nose surgery, which I had been debating over, turned out natural, so I came to write a review. Before surgery, my nose was a short nose + bulbous nose + small nose + hump + low nose. The bridge was high up to the hump line, but below that it bent down low, and I also had a bulbous nose, so it looked even lower. I was stressed, so I did my own online and in-person research and got surgery, and I’m satisfied because it turned out natural.
Everyone said I got prettier but they didn’t know I had surgery, so I felt proud. The materials used were silicone + ear cartilage + septal cartilage, and although the bulbous nose wasn’t completely corrected, I’m satisfied because I improved so much compared with my old photos.
Right after removing the splint, I went to work, then blood pooled, so they reopened it and put the splint back on. Since there were many ups and downs, I firmly reminded myself again and again that if you have surgery, you really need to allow enough recovery time.
The hospital facilities weren’t bad, but it was narrow and noisy, which was uncomfortable. Still, everyone was kind, and during the reopening they comforted me warmly, so I almost cried.
I had surgery in January and it’s been about 4 months now. My swelling went down really fast, so I can’t estimate how much more fine swelling will go down. It’s a bit disappointing that the bulbous nose wasn’t completely corrected, but they say it usually can’t be fully fixed in one surgery, so while looking at my old photos, I keep feeling that I’ve changed a lot.
If you’re planning nose surgery, make sure to allow plenty of recovery time and rest like royalty!
