During my first surgery, it drooped a lot, so for an after-service correction on the nasal tip, they only added artificial dermis. Now that six months have passed, suddenly the nasal tip shows through so much, and as time passes, the redness has gone away and it shows through white. I'm so, so scared it might pierce through the skin and come out... I'm urgently looking into revision surgery now, so please recommend hospitals that are good at revision rhinoplasty. I want a rounded nasal tip and a glamorous nose. For the material, I'm thinking of autologous costal cartilage. Please recommend hospitals... I'm so, so scared.
