First of all, the director is more important than the consultant or the facilities, and I liked that he spoke honestly. He said that because the nasal axis is deviated, if silicone were inserted, it would look even more deviated, so he would not use silicone, and he suggested doing only the nasal tip with ear cartilage. He said that honestly my nose is fine even now, and even if I did it, there would not be a dramatic change so he would not recommend it, but it would still likely improve compared with now, so I think I got the impression that he was somewhat conscientious and that it would be safe!
