I'm male, and I had it done about 7 years ago. Back then, after the consultation, what I asked for was to make it as natural as possible. They said they would give a cash discount, so I paid in full with cash. My nose came out really well and as natural as possible, so I'm very satisfied. For my eyes, I had ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty with eye-opening correction, but there's almost no visible change, so I regret it a bit I thought even that much would make my eyes somewhat bigger, but since I didn't get double eyelids, they definitely didn't get bigger or anything like that
