Now that it has been 2 months since my liposuction, I’m so satisfied!
I tried personal training, diet pills, and meal plans, but in the end I quickly gained the weight back, so after much deliberation, I chose liposuction as my last resort. Clothes that didn’t fit before have become loose, and the fit of my clothes has changed, which gave me more confidence. Most of all, my lower back pain disappeared, so I feel like I made the right choice!
The pain wasn’t severe enough to stop me from going to work on day 3 after surgery, and after receiving postoperative care at the clinic, my lines gradually became prettier :) I lost 3 kg in weight and 5.5 cm from my waist circumference! I’m going to keep managing it while also exercising from now on! Haha For next summer,, fighting ⭐️
