Is under-eye fat repositioning the same as dark circle surgery? Or is there a separate surgery for dark circles? To find out if they are dark circles, should I go to a dermatologist first.. How much does it usually cost? Are prices in Seoul all pretty similar? Could you recommend a good clinic?
