I had a designated consultation for eye surgery with Director Tae Sang-pil. He was much kinder than I expected, and it took about 1 hour to go through all 3 stages of the consultation. When I asked what he thought about additional procedures like epicanthoplasty or ptosis correction, he said I didn't need them, and there was no push for extra procedures. The consultation manager was also very kind. I heard they criticize other clinics, so I was expecting gossip, but they didn't say anything like that and only did exactly what was needed. But the hospital front desk area was a bit narrower compared with other clinics.
