I had incisional ptosis correction for my first surgery, but it turned into sausage-like eyelids, so I got revision surgery from another doctor. But personally, I recommend not getting ptosis correction... even if I put just a little force into my eyes, they open in a glaring, wide-eyed way, and although there probably aren't many times when I need to open them like that, something about it feels artificial. Look up people on YouTube who have pathological ptosis, and only get ptosis correction if your eyes really don't open to that extent. Be as conservative as possible with cosmetic surgery..
