About 10 years ago, I had nose surgery where Gore-Tex and cartilage were basically just placed on top. Do you know Flying Superboard..? That nose was exactly my nose. Upturned nose, bulbous nose, short nose, no nasal bridge at all.. just at a glance, it was to the point where you’d think, “That person’s nose is 1/3 the size of everyone else’s.”.. I was barely getting by with Gore-Tex, wondering if I even had a nose or not, then bone started protruding inside my nostril, on the columella side.. I thought I needed to fix it before it perforated, so I obsessively searched only for short-nose surgery reviews.
I searched and searched only keywords like short nose, upturned nose, bulbous nose, and eventually found a clinic where the nasal tip had not dropped in 1-year after photos.. Even short noses.. people whose noses looked genuinely buried were 1 year post-op and their nasal tips had not dropped....
With a trembling heart, I went to the clinic and had a consultation. After looking at the CT, the doctor somehow guessed exactly what my pre-op nose was like.. On top of that, he measured my septal cartilage size and told me realistically: 1. Best option: autologous costal cartilage 2. Plan B: donated costal cartilage (it can be absorbed, but it’s not impossible) 3. Plan C: take and use septal cartilage (the size is small, so it’s borderline, but if even that is okay with you, go ahead) 4. Ear cartilage is curved in shape, so it can be done if you insist, but the prognosis can’t be guaranteed; don’t do it
It was so clear, and that was the whole consultation. Why? Because the director already had everything in his head about how to make my nose pretty. It was so clear that I instantly thought, “Ah, this person is the real expert..” And so, this is the nose that was made.... Long live the director. May you be blessed.. Every time I went in for dressing, women with Son Goku noses were going into surgery looking terrified, and I laughed so hard my nose hurt They were all short and small with no nasal bridge I felt like I understood why the director had looked at my nose so dryly If you want to build up your nose and don’t want your nasal tip to droop, definitely do it here.
The nurse ladies are also true veterans. Even the nose-hair trimming is so good..... it doesn’t hurt.. and they don’t spare a single strand After the surgery was all over, my face was so clean that I wondered, huh? Did they not use Betadine? Because my face was so clean..? But that day my ear was itchy, so I cleaned my ear and Betadine came out on it I guess they wiped everything off obsessively clean... The people at this clinic are somehow intense.. intensely professional.. long live the workaholics... Thanks to them, I had surgery really comfortably and my satisfaction is the highest.. I hope word about this place spreads far and wide, so everyone can be happy with pretty noses and the director can also be happy making tons of money...
